How to VIEW ALL PROJECTS in a Single Page and Log the Actual Hours

How to VIEW ALL PROJECTS in a Single Page and Log the Actual Hours ?
I have tried all the different views but it seems I cannot log the hours in the way that is best for us.

in the weekly Log Time view, you have to select the project and the Tasks assigned to you before you can log the hours. (Figure A), which, for us it is time consuming to select every project and tasks for each Row.

While in the My Tasks View, yes, all the projects and tasks assigned to me is showing, but you can only log your hours by clicking the Timer to Start the time, and click again to stop the Timer.  This View should be ok, but we need to put Hours work somewhere, by not activating the Timer, just manually put the hours.  (Figure B)

Please help how we can achieve to view all projects and tasks assigned to an individual, then manually input the hours (daily view, or weekly view,  or monthly view)
