I can connect to the Unattended machine but the keyboard won't type.
From time to time I access my other computer via ZoHo Assist remotely and can use mouse but it doesn't respond when I try to click Desktop Folder.
What is causing this? Both computers are PC.

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription.
