I am unable to use the chat feature in Zoho Cliq to have quick conversations with my other team members; my ID is from appcodemonster.com, and my other team, with whom I am unable to start a chat, is from sharesoft.in. I am not sure why, but when they invite me to chat, I am receiving emails that say "join cliq only," even though I have already joined cliq. and Additionally, I am unable to search for their ID from my contact, but they can find me in their contact on the other side. For instance, myslf-sheebarani.m@appcodemonster.com is unable to find anyone from sharesoft.in, for example (hr@sharesoft.in); however, when (hr@sharesoft.in) searches for my email address in his contact, it displays my ID with an invite button
