I cant cancel my Zoho One account
We have a Zoho CRM and Zoho campaign in a Zoho One account
We want to pay the Zoho One license for one user, but in the process the system says we have 2 users
We have 2 options:
-Pay 2 licenses (we dont want)
-Cancel the Zoho One account and manage Zoho CRM independently (error)
Its not possible to close the account. Try it again later.
All day this error. Please solution or suggestion
