I can't paste in mail

I can't paste in mail

I have a problem with Zoho email. When I need to paste something from the clipboard, I can't do it. I can paste everywhere except the body of the email. I thought it was just me because of some configuration I had touched, but I have other coworkers who also have the same problem.
Does anyone know how to solve it?
