I need help with updating initial leave balances for staff

I need help with updating initial leave balances for staff

I need assistance with inputting initial leave balances for staff as we move from another leave management system into Zoho.

Also, each staff member receives 20 annual leave days per year yet there are some staff members whose days have updated to 20 initial days available and some whose reflect zero (or other numbers). 

I've attached example to show what I mean.
