I need to send email by Zoho Campaign to users when new subscription is created in Zoho subscription

Hi

I want to make onboarding series for new clients in Zoho Subscriptions. I see there is no integration between Zoho Subscription and Zoho Campaigns

What did I try: 
- Zoho Flow between Subscriptions and Campaigns Add workflow (When a new subscription is created - add to workflow) - No available workflow
- Zoho Flow between Subscriptions and Campaigns Add contact (When a new subscription is created - add contact) - Zoho sends an email and asks to confirm the subscription
- Zoho Flow between Subscriptions and Campaigns Send campaign (When a new subscription is created - send campaign) - Campaign wasn't sent

I have already tried adding Zoho Books sync, but I need to send email right after the subscription creation, and sync in Zoho campaigns only offers daily basic

Do you have any other ideas?
