I want to migrate my Free CRM account into my corporate Zoho CRM account

I want to migrate my Free Zoho CRM account into my corporate Zoho CRM account.  

What is the easiest way to migrate all data from the free account into my corporate Zoho CRM account, which is managed through the ZohoOne platform?
