If I add a subscriber back to a Smart List to trigger an autoresponder will they start receiving emails from the beginning again?
Hello,
I have an Autoresponder email drip with 15 emails in it as part of our software trial. Subscribers are added to a Smart List once criteria is met. I have enabled the smart list because I want them to automatically fall out of the autoresponder drip when we're engaged towards a sale or a change has been made to their CRM record that doesn't meet the criteria for the list. All was working great until I added criteria to the list prior to the next sync where their CRM updates would have been pushed meeting the updated criteria.
For whatever reason, when the sync initiated they were not added back to the list as I thought now that the criteria matched. I was about to manually add them back but will this start them at the first email again or will Zoho Campaigns somehow know that they've already received certain emails and pick them up where they left off? If they will start again from email 1, is my only option to clone the autoresponder starting at the email I need the subscriber to start from? Or is there another option I'm overlooking?
Anyone have experience with this and have suggestions on best practice?
