I'm using Outlook & Zoom to schedule my meetings -- how can I get these meeting invites to record as a meeting/activity in the appropriate Zoho record? *I do not want to use Zoho meeting links
I currently use Outlook with the Zoom plug-in to easily schedule meetings with customers. All I really want to do is have the Outlook meeting invite (that's associated with the lead/contact email address) automatically record the meeting in Zoho. How can I achieve this? The Zoho for email/Outlook plug-in wants me to use a Zoho meeting link ---- that's what I'm trying to avoid as I use Zoom for my meeting links.
