image hover effects

On my 'Products page' on my website, i use image to show product categories which can be clicked to view further details(quite a common thing to do). at the moment, i have to write a narration under the image: 'click image to view details' or alike text. Whereas, on modern websites, if you hover your mouse on images, they show effects which intuitively means you can click to see more details.

So my question is:
how to create Image Hover effects on my zoho website? 
I really like Zoho sites and thank you for creating it. But i also think we are a generation behind in terms of functionality, aesthetics n themes that zoho sites offers.
