IMAP NOT CONNECTING ON IMAPSIZE APP

IMAP NOT CONNECTING ON IMAPSIZE APP

I am using an application (IMAPsize) that makes it much easier for me to create backups of my emails. However, Zoho blocks its connection.
I use it for my clients who use Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, and several others, but only in Zoho is the connection to imappro.zoho.com blocked.

I am trying to connect and it returns the error:
Cant connect to server imappro.zoho.com (port 993) - Host not Found or port Invalid

If you ask:
- Yes, I am using TFA
- Yes, I generated a password for third-party applications (applications-specific password)
