IMAP not fetching archived mails
Hello,
I suppose that archiving emails is a pretty standard way of keeping your inbox clutter free.
Manually moving mails from your inbox to designated folders belongs to the past, since you nowadays just simply archive the mail.
I was therefor pretty amazed to learn that "archived mails will not be synced to IMAP clients". In this case Zoho CRM!
In reality this means that you in your Zoho CRM account will only see your sent mails, since all of the received mails have been archived.
Can someone please explain the logic behind this? Is there a technical limitation or how can this be?
