Implement Date-Time-Based Triggers in Zoho Desk
Dear Zoho Desk Support Team,
We are writing to request a new feature that would allow for the creation of workflows triggered by specific date-time conditions. Currently, Zoho Desk does not provide native support for date-time-based triggers, limiting workflow automation capabilities.
Proposed Solution:
- Introduce Date-Time Trigger: Implement a new trigger type that allows workflows to be initiated based on specific dates and times.
- Flexible Configuration: Provide options to configure date-time triggers using various formats and time zones. This should include also the option to set the trigger dynamically and relatively.
Benefits:
- Enhanced Workflow Automation: Enable more complex and time-sensitive workflows.
- Improved Efficiency: Automate tasks based on specific deadlines and schedules.
- Greater Flexibility: Provide users with more control over workflow execution.
By implementing date-time-based triggers, Zoho Desk can provide users with a more powerful and flexible workflow automation tool.
