[Important] Inactive unknown visitors clearing in Zoho SalesIQ
To ensure that only the best prospects are retained and to clear unknown visitors from your account, Zoho SalesIQ will routinely remove inactive unknown visitors who have not shown any activity for more than 6 months. Previously, we stored all visitors who had visited your website, even if they had not provided any details. These junk leads had to be deleted manually and could build up clutter over time. To keep your leads section uncluttered and make the product experience more reliable, Zoho SalesIQ will now perform routine deletions.
Who are inactive unknown visitors?
Inactive unknown visitors are those who have not provided their email, don't have any chats, and haven't shown any activity on your website or app for more than 6 months.
What is the deletion routine?
Inactive unknown visitors will be removed periodically once they have been inactive for 6 months.
When will this come into effect?
The deletion of inactive unknown visitors will begin next month (01/07/2023).
Note:
- None of your contacts will be affected by this, regardless of their activity time.
- Unknown visitors synced with Zoho Analytics (if integrated) will also be cleared routinely from Zoho Analytics.
- Visitors who have not provided their email or engaged in chats will not be removed if they have visited your website or app within the past 6 months.
