Dear Zoho Mail Community,
Hope you're all doing good and staying safe!
As we strive to provide you with better security for your business email needs, an additional measure has been taken to ensure more security to the sensitive Admin Operations performed via Zoho Mail Admin Console.
Earlier, only passwords were required to perform the sensitive operations such as user password reset, etc. Now to make it more secure, Re-authentication of the session using the MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) configured for your organization is enforced.
Hence, from now on when a sensitive operation is performed by the Administrators/ Super Administrators of an organization, they will be prompted re-authenticate their action using the MFA method configured for the Administrator or Super Administrator account. If MFA is not configured, the re-authentication using Password will be done on a separate tab using the Zoho Accounts session Authentication request.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this regard to provide you with a safe and secure Business Email Experience with Zoho Mail.
