Dear Customers,
As part of our value maximizing efforts, Customers choosing our Ultimate plan were getting Zoho Analytics, our advanced data analytics software in Premium edition at free of cost.
This premium edition Analytics that comes with Zoho CRM’s ultimate purchase has feature sets that are specially curated for CRM’s scope and has been delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Current behavior
However, if the customer has an independent subscription to Zoho Analytics (irrespective of the edition) and they choose to buy/ upgrade CRM in Ultimate edition,
- The upgrade request was dealt with only in the back end, by our team.
- And, by the virtue of getting Ultimate CRM, their individual subscription to Analytics was automatically reset to Premium edition curated for Zoho CRM.
This behavior is now handled and here’s the flow:
The new flow
Whenever a customer opts to buy or move to Zoho CRM Ultimate edition and if they happen to have an individual Zoho Analytics subscription in
- Basic or Standard editions, their subscription will be upgraded to Premium edition with features curated for Zoho CRM.
- Enterprise edition, their edition will be retained.
- Premium edition, then their subscription to Analytics will be retained with feature set generally available for the standalone subscriptions.
If required, existing customers can request for add-on feature requests or edition upgrade of Zoho Analytics by accessing Zoho Store via the Analytics application.
P.S.: For existing customers in CRM Ultimate using the Premium tiered Analytics, there won’t be any changes to their flow. They can continue to use the package as how they are currently using it.
About integration of other services with CRM’s advanced analytics
The advanced analytics that come as part of Zoho CRM Ultimate purchase is extended only to use with Zoho CRM. Integration of other Zoho services with Zoho Analytics (which got enabled thanks to CRM Ultimate’s purchase) is no longer possible.
- If you’d like to connect your Zoho services with CRM-curated Zoho Analytics, then you are expected to purchase Analytics add-ons via Zoho Stores. Learn more
- Alternatively, you can also upgrade your Zoho Analytics from Premium to Enterprise. Learn more
- Like Zoho CRM, services like Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory also come with curated advanced analytics if you buy their top-tier subscriptions: Ultimate and Enterprise respectively.
- If you already have subscribed to their top-tier editions individually, then
You can avail the curated advanced analytics for all the top-tiered services you have subscribed to.
- You can integrate those services with Zoho Analytics, without any of the above mentioned restrictions.
