Importing AMEX Sub Cards Into Zoho Expense
Hello, my organization is currently trying to transition to Zoho Expense for credit card expense tracking. We have an AMEX account in which there is a primary card holder (CEO) and then secondary/sub card holders (about 6 other employees, we’re a small org). When I try to import the feed through Plaid, it only seems to want to import one card: the main card that the CEO uses, in which (I’m assuming) are all of the transactions performed by anyone with a card regardless of what card it is. However, when I imported the AMEX account into the Quickbooks Online Bank Feed (which also used Plaid I believe), it detected each individual card and separated them into different feeds. Is there ANY way to do this in Zoho Expense? This would be a huge deal breaker to us if not! Everything else about Zoho Expense is perfect but we NEED to be able to have the credit card feeds populate per card (so employee A can only see transactions made with their card, employee B can only see transactions made with their card, etc.) or else Zoho Expense would be useless to us! If the answer is a resounding “no, not possible!” does anyone know of a service like Zoho Expense that does do so? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
