Importing from CRM to ZOHO INVOICE doesn't bring over PHONE numbers

Importing from CRM to ZOHO INVOICE doesn't bring over PHONE numbers

Importing contacts into ZOHO INVOICE from CRM doesn't bring over the phone #'s. Is this normal? 

Also, when I re-import, it just doubles up all the entries. It is isn't smart enough to not add duplicate entries?
