Importing Google Sheet - date format problems

Importing Google Sheet - date format problems

I have a Google Sheet with a "Date" column and its format is set to yyyy-MM-dd.

When I create a table in Zoho Analytics and import this sheet, the preview screen shows the Date column format as "dd MMM yyyy HH:mm:ss" (e.g., 28 Sep 2023 00:00:00). When I attempt to change this format to yyyy-MM-dd by clicking the gear icon on the Date column and selecting yyyy-MM-dd, it gives me a pop-up saying, "The chosen format is not compatible with the column values." If I go through with the format change, it doesn't change the format and changes the data type of the Date column to Plain Text. The date values in the preview screen still show as the bad format of "dd MMM yyyy HH:mm:ss".

How can I achieve this date format in Zoho Analytics when importing a Google Sheet?
