Improper RTL and LTR language support in bilingual documents
Hello,
I have sent feedback to the guys at Zoho concerning improper RTL support when combined with LTR text on the same paragraph, but I would still like to write here for more bang for the buck.
The problem is common to both Wiki and Writer, and I expect the others in suite experience the same bug.
Bug description:
I write in Arabic and it runs from right to left.
First I write in Arabic and the cursor is at the left end of the line running from right to left.
When I switch to English the cursor jumps from left end of the line into the right end of it and I could begin typing in English, but I think the cursor should stay at where it was before the jump. However, this is not the issue so far.
Now when I switch back to type in Arabic the cursor does not jump back to the left end of the line to resume proper text flow. Instead it stays at the beginning of the line (right end in Arabic) to type in Arabic. It is like typing back from the start of the line after you typed some text in English.
I hope there is a solution to this bug as the service is unusable in bilingual documents in its current state.
Thanks,
Alalbany
