Improve Zoho Social Messages

Now at Zoho Social we have to reply Facebook/Twitter messages at "Messages" screen and reply Facebook mentions, reviews user's visits posts and GMB reviews and questions at "Monitor" screen

I think GMB questions should be added to "Messages" screen as are questions not mentions or reviews  to monitor

Also at "Messages" screen should be needed to add Facebook comments, Instagram direct messages, IG comments and GMB Direct messages, (Youtube comments, Pinterest messages when these SM channels or other new ones will be added following months)

Perhaps at "Messages" could be using tickets feature that you can change their status and assign to a particular person to manage them.
