In analytics there is a history of change of stage in releases

In analytics there is a history of change of stage in releases

I need to know the date on which a release is changed stage, in the release table are the creation, last update and Released on dates. But I need to know when I change to On Going, I understand that it can be taken from the last update field but once it is changed to Released, this field is changed with the last update and I lose the On Going date, there is a table in which history is found.
