In the Pivot table in the value section i want to the actual value instead of sum or count

I am creating Early/late Check and check out  in  pivot report based on Zoho analytics 

I need the data to include: Employee Name Late Entry, Early Entry, Early Exit, Late Exit, First In, Last Out, and Total Hours.
