At the moment, we keep missing incoming SMS as they are only appearing as an alert with the "bell".  This is still helpful but is combined with so many more notifcations.  If the SMS could either pop up as a notification on the bottom right like interview alerts and / or send an email to the user to notify them or the incoming SMS.
