Integración nativa de Zoho Books con los listados del SAT para monitoreo de riesgo de proveedores

Problema actual

Uno de los retos importantes para las empresas mexicanas es gestionar el riesgo fiscal asociado con sus proveedores.

El SAT publica periódicamente información relacionada con los artículos 69, 69-B y 69-B Bis del Código Fiscal de la Federación. En particular, el artículo 69-B contempla contribuyentes respecto de los cuales la autoridad presume la inexistencia de operaciones por determinadas circunstancias.

Actualmente, una empresa que quiere monitorear esta situación debe realizar consultas y procesos de revisión fuera de su sistema administrativo, utilizando las herramientas y publicaciones disponibles en el portal del SAT.

Esto genera un problema operativo:

El proveedor está registrado en el ERP, pero su situación fiscal puede cambiar después de haber sido dado de alta.

Por lo tanto, una validación realizada únicamente al momento del alta no es suficiente.

Sugerencia

Sería muy valioso incorporar en Zoho Books y/o Zoho Inventory una funcionalidad nativa de Supplier Tax Compliance / Supplier Risk Monitoring para México.

La funcionalidad podría utilizar las fuentes públicas oficiales del SAT para identificar coincidencias por RFC y mantener actualizado el estatus fiscal relevante de los proveedores.

1. Validación automática del proveedor

Al registrar un proveedor:

RFC → Consulta automática → Resultado SAT

Por ejemplo:

RFC: ABC010101XXX
Estado: ⚠️ Publicado en 69-B
Categoría: Presunto
Fecha de publicación: XX/XX/XXXX
Última actualización: XX/XX/XXXX
Fuente: SAT

2. Monitoreo periódico

El sistema podría realizar una revisión automática de todos los proveedores registrados.

Por ejemplo:

Última revisión: 22/08/2026

  • 985 proveedores revisados.
  • 950 sin coincidencias.
  • 20 requieren revisión.
  • 10 presuntos 69-B.
  • 3 definitivos 69-B.
  • 2 no localizados.

3. Diferenciar los estados publicados por el SAT

Es especialmente importante que el sistema no trate todos los resultados de la misma manera.

El SAT distingue, entre otros:

  • Presuntos.
  • Definitivos.
  • Desvirtuados.
  • Sentencias favorables.

Por lo tanto, Zoho podría mostrar el estatus correspondiente y evitar generar una alerta incorrecta cuando un contribuyente ya haya desvirtuado la presunción.

4. Alertas

Si un proveedor cambia de estatus después de haber sido registrado:

🔴 Cambio detectado en proveedor

El proveedor XYZ, S.A. de C.V. ha aparecido en una publicación del SAT relacionada con el artículo 69-B.

La alerta podría enviarse a:

  • Administrador.
  • Contabilidad.
  • Finanzas.
  • Compras.
  • Responsable fiscal.

5. Integración con las transacciones

La información podría aparecer directamente en:

Proveedor → Compras → Facturas de proveedor → Pagos

Por ejemplo:

⚠️ Proveedor con alerta fiscal

Esto permitiría que el área responsable revise la situación antes de continuar con determinados procesos.

6. Dashboard de riesgo de proveedores

Zoho Analytics podría mostrar:

Supplier Tax Risk Dashboard

  • Proveedores revisados.
  • Proveedores con alertas.
  • Proveedores por categoría de riesgo.
  • Nuevas coincidencias.
  • Cambios de estatus.
  • Exposición económica asociada a proveedores con alerta.
  • Compras realizadas con proveedores con determinada clasificación.

Una evolución todavía más interesante

Zoho podría integrar esta funcionalidad con la Opinión del cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales del SAT, cuando el mecanismo de consulta/autorización correspondiente lo permita.

De esta manera, la empresa podría tener un concepto mucho más completo:

Supplier Compliance Profile

Proveedor

→ Identidad fiscal
→ CFDI
→ Estatus 69-B
→ Otros listados relevantes
→ Opinión de cumplimiento
→ Historial de revisiones
→ Fecha de última verificación
→ Nivel de riesgo

¿Por qué considero que esto es especialmente importante para México?

Las empresas mexicanas no solamente necesitan un sistema para registrar proveedores, compras y facturas.

También necesitan mecanismos para gestionar el riesgo fiscal asociado a su cadena de suministro.

Actualmente, esta información existe en las plataformas del SAT, pero permanece separada de la operación diaria de los sistemas ERP.

Integrarla directamente en Zoho Books permitiría pasar de:

“Registrar proveedores”

a:

“Gestionar activamente el riesgo de proveedores”.

Esto podría convertirse en una funcionalidad diferencial muy importante para Zoho en el mercado mexicano, especialmente para empresas que manejan cientos o miles de proveedores.

¿Existe algún proyecto o roadmap para incorporar una funcionalidad de monitoreo de proveedores contra los listados y fuentes oficiales del SAT dentro de Zoho Books para México?

Creo que sería una de las funcionalidades de localización con mayor valor práctico para las empresas mexicanas.
