Intelligent Triggers customaction not working
I am having difficulties setting up customactions within our website.
First question:
What is the amount time it takes for a setting change to be applied? I have noticed that when disabling a rule the change won't become active for a period of time. This makes it difficult to be aware if a change within a rule's setting is applied or not.
Second question:
When a trigger is invoked via a customaction, does it only apply to the single rule or does it go through the list of rules and applies the first applicable rule.
