please implement a stock request module where a branch can request/order (branch order BO) line items from the main branch after seeing what is available, live at the time of selecting, which will then reserve the stock and create an alert at the main branch. Main branch will then check and adjust/approve and convert to a Pick List (PL) list from which the stock is picked and packed. Thereafter, once stock is packed, the PL is converted to a TO and shipped.

At the moment our branches send an email with stock request, nothing gets reserved we print, pick, pack, then have to create the TO.

As a work around the requesting branch can create the TO, there is no alert for the main branch that a request for stock was made, someone has to email or call. Then the process has to be followed and nothing was reserved.

The requesting branch needs certainty that what they ordered will be received in most scenarios, because they have to keep their customers informed. My opinion is that my suggestion provide more certainty because stock will be reserved.
