Introducing E-sign in Zoho Workerly for easy approvals

To enable temp recruiting agencies with quick, easy, and completely paperless process of getting documents signed/verified by temps or clients, Zoho Workerly presents its latest e-sign integration. Now equipped with three extensions in its marketplace -- Zoho Sign, Adobe Sign and DocuSign, Zoho Workerly users can install and start sending out documents for e-approval.
Temp recruiters can use e-sign to send appointment documents, offers or any other compliance documents to temps and documents to clients for approval. This not only saves time but also keeps the process simple and paper-less.
Here's a glimpse on how e-signature works in Zoho Workelry:
Send for Signature: When any of the e-sign extension is installed, there will be a Send for Signature button on temps' and contacts' details pages. This button can be used to send documents that need to be signed by clients, contacts or temps.

Custom Module: Upon installing each of the e-signature, you will find a custom module(s) created. Zoho Sign- ZohoSign Documents, DocuSign- Envelope, Adobe Sign- Agreements.
Related List: Each record will also have a ZohoSign, Adobe Sign and DocuSign documents related list view namely ZohoSIgn Documents, DocuSign Envelopes and Agreements respectively.

Document Formats: All three e-sign extensions support frequently used document formats, including: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, doc, docx, html, htm, tex, txt, sxw, odt, rtf and many more.
File Size and Limit: You can attach up to 20 files with a file size limit of 25 MB (DocuSign and Zoho Sign) and 10 MB (Adobe Sign).
Multiple Recipients: If multiple recipients are added, the document will be sent in the order you set for signing.
Delete Contact: When you delete a contact, the associated documents are not deleted.
