We're happy to announce that users can now use global search—a unified search system that spans across pipeline deals, contacts, companies, products, activities, and settings—and makes it easy for users to find their desired records.
John Bailey, a customer support representative in a boutique, gets a call from a customer who has a question regarding his order status. While on call, John opens up the search for the contact's name and retrieve his contact details, as well as his associated pipeline deals—all in a few seconds. He delivers the customer's requested information and closes his ticket.
Users can access the search module from the Home screen, detail pages, and module list pages. They can either search for an entry across all modules or in a specific module's view—like Pipelines, Contacts, Companies, Products, or Activities—and see the number of entries available under the searched term. They can also search for the features in settings through the search module. Users can move to their required module from the all-module view by tapping on View all. They can also clear their search history.
