Introducing Twilio SMS Extension for Zoho CRM



SMS marketing is a promotional technique that helps you connect with your customers by sending them text messages related to your marketing efforts. Customers can access this information from their mobile inbox. SMS marketing is a direct and personal form of marketing.

To help you perform SMS marketing from Zoho CRM, we have integrated with the Twilio extension. Twilio is a cloud-based communication software that lets you send personalized or bulk SMS messages to your customers from Zoho CRM. You can send the SMS manually, or you may choose to automate the process. The Twilio extension supports the Leads, Contacts, and Activities modules within Zoho CRM.

By integrating Twilio with Zoho CRM, you will benefit from the following:
  • Get notified via SMS whenever a contact/lead is added to your Zoho CRM Contacts/Leads module respectively
  • Get an SMS reminder one day before an event is scheduled in your Zoho CRM Activities module
  • Get an SMS reminder two days before a task is scheduled in your Zoho CRM Activities module
  • SMS Texts - A custom module that creates a record every time you send an SMS to a contact. All necessary fields will also be installed along with this module.
  • Send Bulk SMS - A custom button that will trigger the Send text SMS function.
