Invitation Messages

Hi I am setting up Zoho Connect for a chamber of commerce and when inviting members the message looks jarbled and incoherent.

???connect.tpl.invitedorg???

???connect.tpl.youmaysignin???

???connect.tpl.invite.accepturlmsg???

What is going wrong with this? Why isnt it pikcing up the requried information?
