Is it possible to add a background image to the templates in recruit?

Is it possible to add a background image to the templates in recruit?

I would like to be able to add a background image in the templates in zoho recruit is this possible? To clarify I know how to add images I want to be able to add one as a background so I can place text over the image not around it.
