Is it possible to generate cash basis reports

Is it possible to generate cash basis reports

I'm trying to generate a Sales by Customer report. I keep getting report results that are based on accrual accounting (when the invoice was generated not when payment was received). Customize Report does not appear to allow you to change the basis. 

How can I generate a Sales by Customer report that uses cash basis reporting?
