Is there a way to add a high priority to chats
I was interested to know if there was a way to set a flag on an account, and if they were to chat in we would be notified this customer is high priority, either with a popup or by changing the chat a different color so it can be distinguished from other chats?
If this is not available can you please send this to the devs as a request.
