Is there any support via e-mail? can't log in

hello
this will be the second message I'm sending to a forum and as time goes on I'm getting a bit worried that I've lost the documents i uploaded and created forever.

i know my password but it wasn't allowed so after many hours i requested the new password

followed instruction but it seemed to tell me to log in for the first time which i do not want to do as i have already logged in and uploaded documents from my computer for safe keeping!!

reading through the various post i should have had a confirmation e-mail which i never got

i was able to log into the account last week and have created quite a few documents

please help!!
how do i get the documents back that i uploaded?
why can't i get into the account even after i have reset the password
