Is Zoho Transmail a supported product?

My account has been pending review for over six weeks.  Accordingly, transactional email has ceased and presented its own challenges and lost opportunities.  This was implemented over others because it was included in Zoho One - but support has been non-existent.  Anyone else having similar experience?
