Issue after installation of Zoho SalesIQ
After inserting the salesIQ code in our web site, visitors are able to reach us and chat with us but we found the following two issues which need to be resolved:
1. The salesIQ code is inserted in the home page. However, once the visitor has gone to a different page from the home page, when he wants to return to the home page he is not able to return. The screen is white and getting stuck there. After removing the salesIQ code, we are again back to normal.
2. Voice chat is working when the operator is receiving call from a PC but not when he is receiving the call using SalesIQ app from a mobile.
Can you please address the above issues and offer suggestions to resolve.
