Hello,

I am facing an issue connecting my domain to my website on Zoho Sites.

Details of the issue:

• I purchased the domain directly from Zoho.

• I am already using the same domain successfully with Zoho Mail.

• However, when I try to assign this domain to my website via Zoho Sites settings, the system does not accept it or recognize it correctly.

I also tried to set up a custom SSL certificate manually, but I encountered errors related to the domain not being accepted or verified properly.

I kindly request that you verify the domain setup and ensure it is properly linked to Zoho Sites, especially since it already works with Zoho Mail.

Is there any specific configuration or verification step I may be missing to make the domain work with Zoho Sites?
