Issue logging into headless (GUI less) Linux servers via Unattended Access remote sessions using 'command prompt'

Hi All, is anyone else having issues logging into linux servers using the command prompt remote access? Zoho Support have admitted they made a irreversible change that now prompts for a login prompt. But we still cannot get a command prompt. Root will not work as its not the console, and secondary accounts simply comes up with "Access denied" when it tries to run the shell. This permission issue is with Zoho software, not the users shell (which works fine using ssh for example).

Anyone else effectively locked out of their systems since this change?

thanks
