Renaming the accounts module not working

We use Zoho CRM in German, but the translated version leads to confusion between the Accounts and Contacts modules. I assumed it would be a matter of seconds to have the german Module «Kunden» appear under its original name of «Accounts» which would be very helpful. 

Unfortunately I have tried this a dozen times some time now and it will not work out. The notification claims the renamig has been successfully saved but nothing changes (see attachment). 

The module has been renamed once last month by a coworker (and reversed because the terminology was not right). Is there a limit to how many times or how frequently modules can be renamed?
