Issues with Zoho Desk incoming tickets via mail distribution list

Hi,

We're experiencing recently some issues with tickets that are being sent via email. We have set a Google Mail distribution list (an alias) that forwards the mails to the corresponding Zoho Desk domain.

The thing is: some of the mails arrive as, example, '<customer name> via <my distribution list>' as sender, and with the distribution alias address as sender's mail.

This is affecting us because we have to make some reprocesses in order to correctly identify where the ticket is actually coming from. Why does this happen and why with just some contacts? (other contacts send their tickets and mails are correct)
