Jira Service Desk integration

Jira Service Desk integration

I have created the Jira integration as explained here: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/vault/integration-guide/articles/help-desk-integration-password-manager#JIRA

When I try this out, I get this error:



The ticket exists and is in status In Progress. 

How can I solve this?
