I would like to have a feature in Zoho Recruit to parse Job Description and automatically extract relevant and in-context keywords from the JD provided. Integrate this new feature with your candidate match feature would allow recruiter to source candidate much faster without manually typing keyword to search for relevant candidates for a particular job opening.
