HTML forms will need to be created . Basic operation is Customers with multiple sub sites Suppliers with multiple depots Assets assigned to customer sub sites Purchase orders to suppliers and assigned to jobs Jobs and maintenance checklists Invoicing Auto generate emails on job status changes Customer to access there own jobs and assets by login Integration to google calendar Quoting form Stage 2 : API to mobile app ( not in this job) Stage 3 : API to Quickbooks ( not in this job)
