Job request form

We are receiving multiple requirements from the client as well as internally it would be better if you could provide us with a feature so that our sales team and our internal technical managers can fill a job request form or maybe they can request a ticket. Please get back to us asap since all the details regarding job requirements are in Zoho we want the request to be initiated in Zoho as well. Kindly help us with this.
