Join Errors combining two databases on a single column, need assistance

Hello, I have two tables from Zoho CRM that I need to join information on for reporting purposes. My MAIN table that I'd like to retain all columns in for future reporting references is called "Job Costing"

The table I need to pull information from is called "Potentials"

The common Column name in each table is "Job Number" (I have attached a screen shot of the tables)

What I mostly need is the "Amount" column from Potentials to be matched up with the correct "Job Number" in "Job Costing". I'd love to be able to pull in the "Potential Name" as well. 

If just having a query table with the essential columns is all I need to pull together equations, then that is fine too. The main goal is to be able to associate all of my costs with overhead in "Job Costing" Table with the total job amount "Amount" from the Table "Potentials"
