Journey : "Added to segment" trigger doesn't work automatically

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with our Marketing Automation 2.0 integration with Zoho CRM.

We have multiple segments defined in Marketing Automation, each with criteria based on field values synced from Zoho CRM. If a field value changes in Zoho CRM, the contact's information should automatically update in Marketing Automation. Ideally, if the updated contact now meets the criteria for a segment, they should be added or removed accordingly. We also have several journeys set up with the trigger “Added to segment.”

In my understanding, Zoho Marketing Automation 2.0 should be instantly synced with CRM. However, I’ve observed that when a contact is updated in Zoho CRM, segments in Marketing Automation do not automatically refresh, and journeys aren’t triggered as expected. The only way I can get the system to update is by going to the Zoho CRM sync settings in Marketing Automation and manually clicking “Re-initiate sync.” This process appears to sync all contacts correctly, but I have to repeat this manually each day.

I have reached out to Zoho Support but have not received a clear response. Could someone assist with this issue?
