Lack of support from Zoho Recruit team
I simply cannot get an answer from support and it is driving me mad. You just can't leave phone messages and they never answer. Shocking.
I want to change an area on my Candidates section to have a choice of teaching subjects in Subject Areas. At the moment and since the change over you can only chose one subject. So if a teacher can teach Physics and Chemistry, I want to add both or even 3 or 4 subjects like I could before. It just doesn't happen now with the new version that Zoho introduced.
I also need to ensure that the Outlook plug in works properly. In some cases the size of the box that opens is too small and you can't see everything. I have asked for someone to change this and call me several times and it just does not happen.
I am very unimpressed with the Support department. Very unimpressed.
