We’re glad to share a few updates and enhancements in Zoho Meeting, including additional privileges for co-organizers, notifying devices used during the meeting, whiteboard view support, a request to unmute feature, recording consent in the iOS app, and other enhancements that you’ll find useful.

 

Advanced capabilities for co-organizers

Co-organizers can now enjoy most of the privileges of organizers and can help organizers run webinars smoothly. Co-organizers within the organization can now view, edit, start, and delete webinars based on the permission given in an organization-level setting.

 

Device notifications

We'll now notify the meeting host and participants of the microphone and camera devices that are connected during the event, allowing them to change their audio/video devices if needed.

 

Mobile app updates

 

iOS

We have incorporated the following features and enhancements into the Zoho Meeting iOS app:

  • Request to unmute in Meeting

  • Whiteboard view only support

  • Recording consent

  • Profile image/initials in participant list thumbnails

 

Android

We have fixed a major bug that caused screen share and material share receiving

to possibly fail in a few cases.

The integration has been completed and you can now add the Zoho Meeting application in your Zoho One portal.
